"We arrived from 3 days of driving from Fort Myers, Fl to our house here in Flossmoor. Our basement was flooded with “smelly water”. ServPro was referred to by our insurance co. We called and they responded that same night. Around 10:00 pm Katon Brown came to measure the height of water and started a small pump. The following day he came back with a big pump that expedited the release of water from the basement. It was a shocking experience for us . Katon explained the process of resolving our problem every step of the way. He directed and coordinated the work of his workers. Mario was by his side steadily carrying out the process of discarding the debris. Then the basement was gutted, pressure washed and sanitized. Katon is the last person who leaves our place , making sure that things are in order. He would inform us what will happen the following day. He is around directing and supervising the work so it is done accordingly. It has been a calming experience working with him even if our situation was an overwhelming mess. We have been praying for him and his team for strength and wisdom to complete the work well. Our Lord was with them. The water heater is now being replaced. The broken tile coming out of the basement to our foyer will be replaced by Mike per Katon’s request. The only thing that was not done ( which was told us by Katon to be done ) was the replacement of the studs framing the stairway. The frame looks pretty dark but he advised us just to paint it over. I thought that this was part of the structure removal. Anyway, the whole work done is pretty impressive. Katon is a great worker . Bobby Nichols, the owner was easy to talk to. He trusts Katon’s ability to carry out the job to be done well. I thank the Lord for providing us a company that is able to resolve our basement situation. Mrs. Ami Wang"

"Bobby Nichols was extremely helpful and thoughtful .While working next door to me , he noticed that the adjoining wall had mold growth from my leak . He showed me the shingles that were damaged and I sent management an e-mail to correct the problem on my end . A roofer had recently come to correct my gutter from leaking . However, he didn’t notice that my shingles needed to be repaired. The management company is now, thanks to Mr. Nichols working to get my roof problem solved, Thank you Mr. Nichols for taking that extra step of kindness and professionalism in your work ."
