"We bought a spa from here not knowing they are the only authorized dealers in the area. Caribbean refuses to come out and service it. The employee that deals with this would not even take my call. Yikes! TIP: Know the ins and outs of the brand and dealer before you purchase. It's going to freeze soon. Sad bear."
"I thought with the amount of money I have paid them that it would eliminate some stress (just today I paid 300$ for 20 min of labor for them to drill holes in my main drain basket. A total of 9k for 2 months). But they caused me a lot of stress and frustration. So many people working there. Different people saying different things to me about the same issue or even the same person saying different things about an issue. Lauren, Taylor, Alisha and Wendy for example all spoke to me about the holes in the main drain basket being completed. 4 people for one thing all saying different things. They behave as though I should be in debt to them and how dare I complain to them because they have the power to end services. Which they just did. All because I complained about several on going issues. I’m allowed to complain and verbalize my concerns in an appropriate manner. Instead of seeing how they can make things better on their end with me speaking to 4 different people about one issue, they thought it was better to just end services for this newly single mama of twins. It’s a Friday and I have to magically find someone else to take over cleaning and balancing my 45k gallon pool and find someone to close it. No one will take over maintenance this late in the season and I’m being forced to close the pool. My kids are devastated. They treated me like an idiot and a nuisance consistently, except for Wendy. You can’t silence this brown woman. I’m never rude nor am I aggressive. But I won’t stay quiet when there are on going issues. It doesn’t make me difficult or crazy. It makes me assertive and able to advocate for myself. I can’t live in fear that if I say the wrong thing Alisha will cut off my services. I won’t teach my daughters to live that way either."

"I want to give a huge shout out to the retail team at the Schererville location. Jennifer, Noah, La' Sonia, Karissa and Jessica. This group has consistently been there to help this first time pool owner and I can't explain how much I appreciate there expertise. If there are any frustrations, problems or questions, they are quickly resolved, answered and explained within minutes of me bringing a sample in. I honestly enjoy seeing them year after year, great people and company."
"I’ve been using Caribbean pools for three years. Each year they open my pool to balance the chemicals. However the last visit the technician stated I will need a new pool filter and will let customer service know to get you a quote. I waited and contacted them to see if the quote was updated. As I’m trying to purchase immediately, because a few days of not running the pool filter could jeopardize the quality of the water. The representative stated, they have not received the notes from the technician. Once they are complete for the day, they put in notes. You should receive the quote within the hour. I waited a few more hours and no response. Since, I needed to purchase pool equipment at the location, I asked the sales people about a new filter, but they have not received any notes yet but you should get the quote at the end of the day. I then waited the next day and said “by the end of the day” I then called 24hrs later and the representative said the estimators will get you a quote by the end of the day. I waited until 10 minutes of the store closing (4:50PM) to get an update. The representative said, “oh I see they didn’t send it” I’ll send it over right now. Long store short, they didn’t send it. If I’m trying to purchase a new filtration system that is $1,800, you’d think you would make a priority or at least commit to what you say to customers."
