"I received the "Royal Treatment" from Royal Pools! I called Royal Pools to inquire about a last minute closing of our newly built pool at the end of the season. I spoke to Sandy, she was lovely to speak to and took the time to answer all my questions. Royal Pools was able to fit me in just a few days later! Jim, Will & Jackson came out and did a fantastic job. They took the time to ensure the pool was properly taken care of which gives me peace of mind going into the winter season. A pool is a big investment and Royal Pools gave our pool the care and consideration it deserves. Estimate, billing and instructions were all done online via email/text through Jobber. Very easy to understand and work through the process. Payment could be made online as well, which is convenient."

"We had a phenomenal experience with Royal Pools. They installed our pool at the very end of the season in November, so we would be ready to go in the spring. Our pool is beautiful and everything was done very professionally. Our grading was not exactly how we had envisioned due to the time of year it was installed and Brian came out after the pool was installed to check it out. He agreed and is having his crew come out to regrade. Many companies would probably tell us to go kick ricks since the pool was installed and paid for, but Royal stands by there work and wanted to make it perfect for us, even after they had already cashed our check. "We decided on the “Lil Bob” fiberglass pool. This pool has the same depth all the way across! Excellent size pool and completely happy with our selection!! The Royal Pool staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all of our many questions. Brian and Chris met with us prior to the install and let us know everything that we could expect in the coming weeks. During the construction the staff members were very respectful of our property. Chris was instrumental in sending videos and manuals for future use. Chris is a great addition to the Royal Pools team with excellent communication during and after the entire process. The electrical and plumbing contractors were very professional and courteous. Brandon is a great asset to Royal Pools. He is extremely professional, conscientious and always has a positive attitude. We were blown away at how knowledgeable and personable this young man is. Brandon installed the cover and all mechanicals, installed z-forms before the concrete was poured, ground grid, pump installation and hook up, chlorinator install, and all other connections for the final start up. He also scheduled and performed our final pool tutorial. He stayed in constant communication with us during the install. We appreciated everything he did to ensure our pool was perfect.
