"this was my first time taking my sweet toy poodle macey here and i will 100% be returning. the staff was so sweet and welcoming and were able to cut her fur exactly how i wanted them to. they even added some bows in her fur for the holidays, which was so cute! macey is looking so beautiful and i am very pleased with her groom today. i will be recommending this location to everyone i know who needs a groomer!"

"Took our dog here to get groomed because our regular groomer could not get us in. My Goldendoodle LOVED going to the groomer before going to this business. He would RUN in the door and have the best time. However, that all changed after going to Classic Fur LLC. We took him back to his normal groomer today and had to go pick him up because he had what they believed was a panic attack after his bath. They made the comment "He has NEVER acted like that before" and talked about how much he use to love coming in. The only thing that has changed since the last time he was there is he went to Classic Fur and they called us in the middle of his cut and said he would have to be picked up because he had "Hot Spots" and "Wasn't cooperating". Since then when I am next door picking up my daughter from daycare OR just driving by I have seen numerous dogs running on the loose around their building while someone chases them. I've also been told by others who work around the building that dogs running on the loose and the workers trying to catch them is commonplace. SO I would say if you are looking for somewhere to take your dog I would take them ANYWHERE but here! Especially since my groomer loving dog will now have to be sedated when he goes to get his haircuts and baths."

If anything beyond grooming is noticed I am contacted right away; sometimes they see things we don’t typically see as owners!
