"They did a phenomenal job with our Great Pyrenees and got all her tangles/mats out of her coat! She normally doesn’t like her nails being clipped, but they were also able to make her paws look awesome! I’d def bring her and our other dogs back to this groomer. They are reasonably priced & very friendly. The only reason for a 4 star is due to the difficulty of being able to get through the phone line the day of her grooming appt. Dropped her off at 9am and they said roughly 12pm she would be done. When I didn’t get a call around 12, I waited until 1:30 to call because I assumed since she’s bigger, they were still working on her. I called a few times from 1:30-2:15 with no answer. I think this is only because it’s loud in the salon with all the blow dryers & dogs barking, so they prob couldn’t hear the phone ringing. I was getting nervous though that something happened to my dog so I started driving to the groomer & got a text on the way there that she was ready to be picked up."

"Worst, I am mean worse cut..butchered.. I could have done the same with a #3 guard and a pair of cheap hair clippers and save myself $115…. literally we didn’t even recognize our dog (after paying) when they brought her out.. absolutely refused to work with us even claiming this was what was requested dispute showing them photos… do yourself a favor and go buy cheap clipper or take them to a real groomer"

"This was our first time taking our babies to get their nails done. And Matt was amazing and super fast. They were both so comfortable in his arms. Will for sure be going back. And the price was great. 15 for a nail trim and file."

"My daughter took our Shih Poo Baby to get groomed today. When they arrived, Baby was a little skittish and my daughter saw the worker tug on his leash to drag him toward the cages. She was little concerned but brushed it off because sometimes dogs are anxious when they have to be left somewhere. When she arrived to pick him up he was on his leash on the floor so she walked him to the car, picked him up and put him in his car seat. She got in the car to drive and then noticed blood dripping from his mouth and onto the car seat. She turned around and went back into the building and I met her there. We asked about his injury. They said nothing happened. The worker started wiping the blood off of his face and legs. One of the workers said Baby was a gentle dog and didn't give them any problems. Somehow Baby is injured and no one knows anything. My husband called to ask questions and they reported to him that they did not see any blood on our dog. Why are they lying? I literally watched the man wipe our dog's face, mouth and legs with a hypoallergenic baby wipe. What happened to our dog? Just tell the truth."
