"Doesn't listen to clients and then will blame you for their incompetence. If I'm paying for your services I expect everything to be followed up on, but you won't hear from them until it is too late. Lied on the phone and said I didn't send in a notice to them until September. I have proof I sent it in May the day that I received it. I didn't hear from them until September about how to rectify the situation, and even then it wasn't correctly dealt with or followed up on. My preparers this year caught it. Will say they tried to call you but you'll have received no calls. They also had my email, if they didn't reach me by phone, like they say they tried, why didn't they email me? I don't like excuses, especially when it comes to my taxes. I've found someone else to prepare my taxes this year that caught their mistake from last year and they are hundreds and dollars cheaper and far more competent. When I called about their mistake, they said it was my fault, except I don't prepare taxes, that's what I paid them to do."
