"DS services prepare my ITR for the last six years. I highly recommend this office because he is so knowledgeable at any stage of his accounting service. Whether for business accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, business startup and preparation and the like. I heard many of his consultation services, seeking advice for a business permit and preparation, and I am so fascinated by how informed, knowing and aware he renders his advice. Speaking of my personal ITR, he had a bunch of tax preparer during the season to take care of you. After the preparation, he would sit down with you to review for your claims. The fact that, while examining, he asks some questions about your qualifications based on the complexity of your Income Tax Returns. That being said, I had my different previous tax preparer who prepares with a limited knowledge that I end up paying more for the ridiculous inconsistency and incompetence. They are just presuming to claim for their ignorance. He declares so fair for the benefit of his clients and his excellent office. Trust me, after he has done my ITR, I am happy that even I travel for more than an hour plus the waiting time to be in line, it is worth it. Sometimes we need to be patient as we understand on whoever comes first will be taken care of or they have an appointment already. In one instance, I called for an appointment with them, and it did not happen on time probably because there are times that some clients spend more time for unexpected occurrences during the preparations. Concerning his professional fees, the charges based on the Returns and complexities and preparations of the claims. In other words, the fees are fair and reasonable depending on your claims and will be paid off and worth it. Many of you claim for the best, ultimate accounting firm and tax preparation you have dealt with, and he is one of them. I compare him to better apple with a better apple. Again, I am happy with his services. I kept his Services the experience that, he is not only a Professional and a CPA, as well a nice person to deal with if you get to know him well. If it happens that you think his staffs overlook you, it is because they are busy and trying to get in the order of their services to the clients. Bear with them because sometimes they have a ready a bit meal and a TV for you to entertain."

"Unprofessional! Upon arriving at the office we were greeted by a receptionist that promptly asked for the paperwork and proceeded to prepare it. I spent 2 and a half hours waiting for someone to help us. Nothing was said to us about the wait. Meanwhile they have all the paperwork (presumably so I couldn't leave) I'm this day of identity theft and cyber crime it's unacceptable to disappear with someone's sensative documents and not explain the situation. I just wish I could have scored them lower. Would not recommend and will not go back."
