"The lady who filed our taxes i believe her name is christine or something. She was not very knowledgeable and could not answer any of our questions. She had no clue what she was doing and had to ask for help several times. I knew i should have left after that but i stayed and hoped she would do her job right. Of course i shouldve went with my gut feeling. She completely messed up on my taxes and my fiances. The next day we get a call from chris telling us about all the mistakes she made and how we now have to go back up there and pay them money out of our pocket. I asked if they could take the money we now apparently owe them out of our refund and he said no. We have to go and pay them cash. Such an inconvenience and now a very strong trust issue with these people. Advice: Do not let someone who does not seem knowledgeable do your taxes and always trust your instincts. I know now i should have. These people are horrible."

"Chris was very rude and extremely disrespectful over the phone. I called to ask a simple question he interrupted me when I was trying to talk and then hung up on me. When I confronted him about it he said he could do that since I wasn't a paying customer still wanting to argue with me and hanging up. This is not how you treat customers who may or may not do buisness with you. As a buisness owner you need step back and think about how you speak to people. One person can tell ten others of their experience they tell ten others pretty soon word is out how you do buisness with customers. I reported this to corporate and making a complaint to BBB."
