"Ok I've been doing my taxes here for a few years and never had a problem.. I filed for my 2017 taxes here and haven't received a cent yet.. So far this is what I know.. My Federal taxes are on the way took forever but the check is in the mail. I checked with my state taxes and nothing no record of 2017 taxes being filed.. So I called the Indiana dept of revenue and asked what the hang up was they told me they don't have any record of my 2017 taxes being filed!! WHOA!! What is going on? So I tried to contact my tax preparer guess what no return call after several messages being left.. So now I have to refile my 2017 taxes with IDR personally I thought I had paid to have this done.. Anyways I'm upset no refund either way. No way to contact my tax preparer to request a refund for the services.. IS what to do.."
