The service has been great, the receptionist has always been super friendly on the phone and in person, turnaround time on tax returns is quick-comparable to some of the tax places that charge stout fees to get taxes back quickly. Cost is not prohibitive and representative of the service they provide."

"I have been going to Laroy tax service for almost ten years and for the first eight, I had no issues and would have rated them five stars. In the last two years, the customer service has declined and I will not be a return customer. The returns prepared were incorrect and had to be amended multiple times, resulting in a delay of my refund."

"I have went here for probably 2 or 3 years to have my taxes prepared and never any trouble I feel like they do try to find as many ways to give you a break as possible and help you out which is great. However if you ever have any trouble like needing an extra form that you don't have with you it will be damn near impossible to get a hold of anybody and have them return your call. I have called five times in the last week and no one has bothered to return my call even though they have told me they will get right back to me. Today the receptionist acted like she couldn't be bothered. I am beyond frustrated and aggravated and after reading their other reviews it seems like this is normal for them."
