"Terrible service. I called a day ahead of snow storm (the day in my calendar i had the appointment set up.) she claims it’s the next day (when snow storm is coming). I didn’t argue, i asked if she will for sure be in due to weather. She reassured me no matter what, her husband would bring her to work in his 4x4. Well i get in my 4x4 and drive all the way here to find a post on door saying closed for the day. I call her and she claims she told me the day before that she would be closed due to the weather. I told her a phone call would’ve been appreciated. She claims she called me and left voicemail which there i no history of that on my phone. I have been waiting for over a month to get in."

"I have a dog she has groomed since we moved to the area. She is amazing with max. We went on vacation she watched max and chevelle a husky with lots and lots of anxiety and SHE IS AMAZING with our fur babies. She is affordable. Friendly. We honestly had lots of issues with our previous groomer saying Max wouldnt let her groom. We have heard nothing but how good and how he lifts his paws for her. I say it's the groomer and personality. We are blessed to have her. Hammans Family"

"I drop my dog off here for "doggy daycare" a few times a month and sometimes he even stays over night. He LOVES Mel and playing with all the other dogs. I can tell that she loves what she does and really cares for the animals there. My dog gets so excited when we go there his whole body wags! We love Mel's!"
