"Parking was very difficult, the visitors lot didn't offer a mechanism for entering. My destination, The Skyline Room, was not not marked, had no signs pointing to it, there was no building staff in sight to direct you to it, no info on the internet told you how to get there or what it looked like, other tenants knew where it was, but with all of the turns and corridors to navigate anywhere on the bottom floor, there was not a way to follow their directions without writing them down. When I eventually came up stairs into a glass ceiling room, I was in the middle of a meeting, so I chose not to disrupt it to find out if I correctly reached the Skyline Room. Instead, I abandoned my plans at Riverplace Tower and left without any benefit from the experience."

"This place is a great place to sit down and enjoy Breakfast or lunch.Not only the staff which is One of the many many reasons I love coming here. Next are the wonderful views of downtown, St.Johns River and Riverwalk on the Double Tree hotel side. I enjoyed it with just my wife and also with my teenage/adult kids."

"While the building is old, and it’s parking deck has the first four levels reserved, it’s facilities are well maintained and it’s maintenance staff is wonderful, and very responsive."
