"My frenchie boarded here for 3 nights and I can only say that I am extremely impressed by the staff and the facilities. I was so nervous about leaving my sweetheart anywhere because we have been attached to the hip for the last 3 years but from the time I first went to evaluate the facilities I was satisfied that they were able to take care of my furbaby. I was extremely satisfied and will be using them again as well as recommending them to family and friends that need the services. I was able to peek at my furbaby from a downloaded app whenever I wanted to and she was always looking like everything was going well. I am truly thankful that I found these guys"

"Paw Palace is an amazing location for pet boarding, grooming, and training. We took a family vacation this past summer, and we needed a place to board our Havanese puppy for 5 days . I was nervous because he was only a year old and we had never used a boarding facility for any pets before. Needless to say, they took great care of Combo, and he was very happy with his time there."

"I don't know where to begin! I dropped my furbaby here for the first time because we went to HI for vacation. Katie was absolutely wonderful with making me feel comfortable in knowing that he would be ok and well taken care of. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming. At one point, he wouldn't eat (and they called to tell me, which I really appreciated) but they figured out a way, by adding peanut butter to his food (which he is on meds for his allergies and this was important that he ate). Although the rates are a little pricey, it was well worth to upgrade him to a suite vs the regular kennel (and we were able to see him remotely 24 hrs a day which made me feel more comfortable) My furbaby is older (almost 13), so we do everything we can to make sure that he is comfortable. I recommend to anyone looking for a place to board, give Paw Palace a try! I could type for hours but all I can say is "Thank you" to the entire staff for taking such great care of my furbaby!"

I decided to check them out after recommendations from multiple coworkers. They have gone above and beyond for every step of the process to make my dog and I feel comfortable. Especially as a Pit bull owner as well, I’m so thankful to have found somewhere that I know won’t judge a dog by it’s breed. My dogs are my world and I am extremely selective about their care so I am so thankful we’ve found such a great place so close to home!"
