"I have scheduled for Passport 3 times and they called to cancel an hour before. Yesterday the woman told be because of this she would call me at 7 am today to get me in today once she insures person handling Passport comes in. I got no phone call, it is now 1124pm. The website states the PO is temporarily closed. I've called at least 6 times and they hang up, don't answer and now just transferred me to another extension to hold. I don't live in that area, but it's the most convenient offered for Passport service Does anyone know what is going on? She said I won't have to go online to reschedule, but I did an hour ago, and the day is avail, it will not let me pick a time tho. Says it has no slots avail? Urgh"
"I don't see a way to "Reply" to others' reviews. Elishabeth Winckler recently posted a negative experience with the Post Office on Sunbeam. I don't think the Post Office MUSEUM offers passport services...at least not this century...and I feel for the Mandarin Historic Society for taking the Google Review hit."
