They removed the mold, reworked my main support beams, added another beam for extra support, sprayed mold treatment on the entire crawl space, and laid new 10 mil plastic. They even put in solar operated crawl space vents. After it was all done, they met me on a Saturday to do a quality check to ensure the work was to my liking and the owners liking. The crew was super nice and ensured all trash was picked up at the end of every day."
