"If I could give 0 stars I would. They don’t actually care. They can never keep up with anything including appointment times. Good luck even trying to get a call back. If you can manage to get through your pregnancy without them, then do it. They also talk down on you as if you aren’t good enough because you are on Medicaid, they act like some of us don’t work and are lazy, even though many of us work very hard every day, we just need Medicaid due to not being covered for pregnancy. I will never be dealing with them again."

"ive called my care coordinator from athens at 21 weeks as rules say to do ,its now 31 weeks and didn't pick up the first time and now i have to call her at 32 which was yesterday and guess what still no reply back from her again ."

"When I first made my appointment they were helpful with finding a doctor but after the second appointment with them I've tried calling the care coordinator for my 20 week and 32 week follow up leaving 5 voicemails with name, reasoning, and number included but have not received any return call, I am now 36 weeks."
