Reviews of Homeland Heritage Park
"Nice little park with a beautiful old church and other historic buildings. There are some neat things on display inside the school building as well. Well preserved bit of old Florida."
"Nice place to see old building from the 1800's. Nice place for family photos. Not much else but a nature walk across hwy 60. There is a nice baseball field for the kids to run and play on."
"So cute small place, you can walk around the property they do rent the church for weddings. You can take a lunch they have a few tables but not a place for big gathering or to hang out. Across from them is field where kids can run around but no playgrounds of course considering this is a historical place."
"What a fantastic park, and with so much history! It's laid out nicely so you can enjoy a self tour walking around, reading the information signs, and seeing all the items on display. A real hidden gem, just off the beaten path. If you're a Geocacher, this location is part of an Adventure Lab!"
"Great place to stop and see some 1800s houses that were moved to the homeland heritage site. We stop here to eat a pub sub with the family and they loved the old original houses. We really like the log cabin that was built by Mr english back in the 1800s on winston fl. This whole area is 5 minutes south from where I live so I can imagine how much we will be coming here now."
