One of my taxes was an amended (2020)and my 2022 was rejected(both prepared by someone else) and they said they could get to them to fix the situation. I felt as though I was treated as a low priority. I had my taxes there for over 2 months and no one called to update me nor did they say upfront it would take this long. It took multiple phone calls on my end and leaving a voicemail with the person doing my taxes(no phone call returned) to keep getting a status to see when they were going to get to them.
