"Town hall collector just screamed at me. I thought when you work with the public you aren’t allowed to flip out. Apparently she didn’t get the memo, or else she got the job by being related to someone higher up. Smh, disgusting."
"Most of the staff is nice and knowledgeable. Cable Access is great, quite talented. Tax Collector office is awful, no other way to put it. They lost a payment I made for my water bill, refusing to accept responsibility for it, and then charged a late fee. Do yourself a favor- do NOT trust the Drop Box. Go inside to pay and make sure to get a receipt. I understand mistakes happen, but they were so RUDE, in addition to incompetent. I can't believe they are allowed to talk to tax-paying residents in the manner they spoke to me. Fairhaven used to be a nice, personable town. Not any more."
