Reviews of Fall River City Hall
"This is the worse mayor our city has ever had and he is big time corrupt and along with the fall river police department and he has lied and continues to lie and the police department some of these officers need to be fired"
"My experience with Fall River city hall has been terrible. They’re 2-3 weeks behind on paper work. Caroline Mederios picks up the phone with a very snappy attitude. She states I don’t have time for you to interpret what I’m saying to your roofer. She repeatedly said you can call me back because I am to busy. All the city halls I have spoken with by far Fall River building department is behind on technology and very rude. Working for the city should be a job with great public service I didn’t feel any of that from Caroline. I believe city hall needs more urgency and more professionalism. Brenda called me back gave me a full explanation about the reviewing the permit I appreciate you Brenda. I really hope Caroline has a better day."
"All of the people in all of the departments in this city hall have been wonderful. They made moving to the city very easy. The human resources department is extremely helpful. I have never had an issue or any problem in any dapartment. It is almost like they are really there to help their constituents."
"Everyone was wonderful, but the security guard made me go to the traffic division office to tell them that I was legally handicapped, because my car was parked in an ordinary spot, and with my placard on my visor. I was surprised because I'm on outpatient with Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston since 2012 , had two major operations, and just had surgery three days ago, l could hardly walk from having so much pain. l've had a complete gastrectomy and a fundoplication before that. I'm lucky to be alive."
