"My experience was a hot mess. In the end the taxes are done and I owed more than I had the previous 5 years with my previous tax preparer. Online portal is glitchy. Poor customer service and communication. Overall, would not recommend."

"Had my taxes done by Jim this year and he did a amazing job. But I had a refund from Ohio that he said would be approved by The 1st of February which it wasn't. So today I called the office trying to find out why and I received a call back from one of their tax preparers name Becky who has been with them for over 30 years and she literally screamed at me on the phone told me that I could go **** myself because i asked why she didn't file with Ohio the year before when she did my taxes. Then proceeded to say how rude I was that I complain every year. I've been getting my taxes done with H & R for over a decade and the only other time I ever complained about anything was when another tax person that I had used for years name Nila gave out personal information about me. As much as they charge for what they do this is totally unacceptable way to be treated and I urge anyone to never go to this location again. If you do make sure to see Jim he is the only one there that I have ever had a good experience with. That Becky should be fired !!!"
