"H R Block on 16th and Shadeland. Worst tax experience I have ever had! Went in to have our taxes prepared! Went back a couple hours later to tell them about an error they had made. First was told it was a software issue!! Then was told I was correct and a correction would be filed. After a week we called Block and told them our story. Was told Top Person would get back to us in 3 to 5 business days! Didn’t happen. Gave them another week. Told our story to a different person who set up an appointment to go over taxes and file amendment! Person never showed up for appointment We gave up and went to different firm! Will never go back to this office! Giving them a one star because 2d receptionist tried to help!"

Stood at front desk for 5 minutes and the 2 employees I could see sitting in their cubicles didn't get up or even bother to ask if I needed help or wanted to drop my documents off. Phones were ringing and no one seemed to care to answer. I just walked out."
