"Ella Clark incorrectly filed my taxes in 2021 they offered no assistance in fixing my case after numerous calls & messages. The IRS finally released my refund and sent it to H&RBlock it was supposed to go on my Emerald card but it's closed! I've called Emerald and they can not issue another card because I'm not in their system anymore. H&R Block won't issue a check nor issue another card so basically I'm out of $5,000 that's grand theft!"

"Probably the worst place to get your taxes done. Got my taxes done in April, here it is November with nothing, had to call customer service, after months of trying to contact this store. Irs told me I wasn't in there system. Turns out the lady didn't even file my paperwork, made sure I paid the service fee though. Rushed through the process and told me they couldn't do anything about the stimulus checks I didn't receive. Best advice on this place, avoid it and go somewhere else. I think everyone giving 5 stars to this place is full of it, probably family or close friends that got great service, while the rest ofsociety is treated like garbage"
