"The building has come a long way since the Historical Society took it over. They are open in the better weather and there is always something interesting inside. It is nice to be able to go into an old one room school house and get an idea of what it must have been like for the children in the area to travel from their homes and farms and learn the basics. Such a much simpler time. There is some parking near the building and the area is generally flat. Some traffic at times but usually fairly quiet."
