"I recently had the incredible opportunity to photograph at the Donaldson Brown Center in Port Deposit, MD, and it was an absolute delight. The picturesque surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for capturing moments of natural beauty and architectural charm. The well-maintained grounds and historic buildings offered a diverse range of settings, allowing for a variety of creative shots. The attention to detail in the landscaping and the historical significance of the location made it a photographer's dream. I hope to photograph more events and weddings here in the future."

The home and grounds are breathtaking, the food was awesome, the staff were all super friendly and helpful and I LOVED my room (The Bruce Suite). A special thanks to Ms Sue, Ms Evelyn, & Mr Joe. "My wife and I got married at Donaldson Brown Center on 10 June 2023. After looking at a number of venues, we felt so lucky to have stumbled across this one. Throughout the planning process, Sue and her team were incredibly helpful working with us and our planner, answering all the random questions that popped up along the way. The views at the Donaldson Brown Center simply can't be beat. With an alter on the cliffside, and amazing sunset across the water, and a large tent underneath of the stars, it was an absolutely perfect day. Additionally, with the outdoor space and the mansion guests could spread out and explore a bit (several guests were curious about the house and Sue and her team gave a couple tours of the mansion). We would strongly recommended this venue for anyone looking for a unique and beautiful wedding experience."
