Wilmington Works is a historic village located in the Southern Green Mountains of Vermont, United States. Our institution, located at 2 East Main Street, is dedicated to preserving and revitalizing our downtown area and creating a strong community.

If you are new to the community, we offer resources to help you settle in and get acquainted with the area. Our Downtown Program works throughout the state to bring resources to designated downtown organizations, helping them preserve historic downtowns and create vibrant communities.

Wilmington Works also offers assistance to downtown businesses interested in applying for tax credits and other programs available. We provide information on tax credits, FAQ, tax credit applications, and the VT Sales Tax Reallocation Program.

Additionally, we have a Revolving Loan Fund and Tax Stabilization Policy in place to help new or existing businesses start up or relocate in the town.
