"In brief: Built between 1887 and 1888. Used for housing the machines for water supply. Now owned by the city."
"Used to go to the school a few hundred feet away. This building always intrigued me. Never knew it was built in the 1888. The school made no mention of it. There's no plaque on it telling you what it is. It was a big mystery to me some 12 years ago. I miss walking by it in the mornings. There something ethereal about looking up at the ceiling during sunrise on a clear day. I appreciate it being here preceding me and I hope it still stands after I depart so others may enjoy it's beauty."
