"With the unexpected loss of my furbaby Tank, I had no idea where to turn. I found Family Forever Pet Cremation on google the night Tank passed. I called at 11:00 pm and Zeke answered the phone. She was my angel. I was very emotional, she was very sympathetic and supportive. Her first question was “are you alone?” She wanted to make sure I was as good as I could be despite the situation. She had a calming voice and reassured me that they would take great care of Tank. She explained the process thoroughly. I scheduled to drop Tank off the next morning. At my arrival I was greeted by my angel Zeke. Again showing sympathy to me and Tank. She cut a piece of his blanket and returned it to me. I was told that his ashes would be ready in 3-4 days. He was ready in one business day. His remains were given to me in a beautiful carved wooden box, along with a paw print, nose print and a bag of his fur. I also received a certificate with his name and a poem. I will forever recommend them to anyone going through the loss of a pet.
