"If you're looking for bad customer service then come here. The cashier was having a very long conversation with one of her friends. Meanwhile, there was a long line of customers. Instead of doing her job, we (the customers) had to wait until her conversation was over. As if talking about getting an interview is more important than helping the customers. She's going to have an interview with the unemployment office. If she keeps being unprofessional and being rude to customers. The customers is how the employees make their money.. I do not understand why it's so hard to do your job, but expect a paycheck on payday.. When I walked up to the register she just looked at me. No how may I help or anything. I had to start the conversation up. So, I could get my gas and leave. Then, I told her the amount of gas I want and she was like okay.. She did not give me my receipt. I was watching her do the transaction and I thought she would have enough sense to give me my receipt or assume I wanted my receipt. Because, I saw her print the receipt out. But nope. She was just like "Okay.." Like trying to make me get out of line. And I was like "I want my receipt." They need to start putting surveys on the receipts of all the gas stations. So, we can properly report employees. Especially when you are spending money. Gas is not free. There should be more friendly/professional workers."
