"Incredibly, incredibly disappointed and disgusted. I have been a loyal client of H&R Block for at least a decade, having paid thousands over that time in tax prep fees. And H&R Block has always been right there to happily accept payment. This year, however, there was a mistake on their end and they charged me for last year's tax fees twice. Once last year and again this year. They are aware because it was their own support agent that told me where the money went and it is in my "open case notes". I was promised a refund on March 11. It was supposed to be in my account by the 16th. However, a month and a half later, my money has not been returned and I am being given the runaround. Countless calls have led nowhere. I'm always passed off to a different department and, once, was even directed to call the collections depart with a phone number that doesn't even work!!! Where is my money H&R Block??? You took it twice, owe me a refund, have admitted you owe me a refund, but don't want to return my money. What gives??? Any other year, I would have given a 5 star rating. But not when they treat loyal customers so poorly."
