"Dropped out information 2-9-21. Didn't get a final result until 2-18-21. The woman was very nice but didn't seem to really know what she was doing electronically. I had to call and say I wanted to take my information to another location, got my information sent to me 5 mins later. Never again."

"The lady who did our taxes was very friendly and it didn't take long for her to do our taxes. Everything was nice, till we were told what we owed. We are both retired and didn't have a lot that had to be used for our taxes. If I remember right, last years fee was very reasonable, that's why we returned to have our 2019 taxes done. Next year , I am not so sure about."
