"People are nice. But everytime i go in with an appointment its 30-60 mins after my appointment that im seen. Im on time why is it taking so long? People came in after me and were out before i got seen. Im also not a fan of small talk. I want to get in and out. I also did most of my taxes and came in with one paper.....i was charged $220 when i did 99% of it myself already. Ive been doing taxes myself for years. This place is terrible"
"Very diligent in finding out why our returns were rejected for one of our dependents. Even though we had to leave her off of our EIC and have it investigated we got back an acceptable amount. They were able to leave her as a dependent but remove her from EIC. Very happy with the services provided. Tracy Hall worked diligently after hours to help us. Grade A employee."
