"Chesterfield Fire Rescue purchased a sign from United Signs in November 2023. We had been working with another company, but that company did not offer installation services. United offered us a comparable sign and installation services for a similar price. Steve was easy to deal with for planning and ordering. He clearly stated the expectations for the sign's base and worked with us to maintain the base and existing electrical. During installation the crew that came up worked diligently to set our sign up and get it running. We ran into a problem with our graphics board not working. Steph, United's IT guy was very helpful in working to get the situation fixed. The solution required them to send a new card to the FD and then Steph guided me through installation and setup. They made the process and the fix so easy and convenient. The sign looks great and we look forward to many years of use."

We ran into some wicked electrical issues but between their office coordinating with the base, and my service techs we got it cleared up quicker than the base electric shop could.
