"Paul and his team are great at what they do, I had them repair two push mowers and one Echo weed eater for me and all 3 pieces of equipment work great now. 5/5 stars would recommend. I will use them again if I need anymore small engine repair that I can't figure out myself."
"Very ineffective communication with the office. Service was done on a Thurs at my house. Techs had to take the mower back to the shop to adjust tubes on front tires + order a spring. They said the office would be in touch early the next week and we agreed that if the spring wasn't available by then I would install it. I was not contacted by the office and ended up having to call Wed, Thur, and Fri - and essentially demanded on Fri that the mower be returned because it had been > 1 week since the grass was cut. I offered to pay shipping for the spring that had been ordered, but never heard back from the office. In this day & age communication and customer service is everything, and they're certainly deficient in that respect."
"They picked up the mower and never called to provide a status. They took the mower instead of repairing it on site. They came and went without telling us. They do not return calls. One time the voicemail box was full. Have been without a mower for 9 days now with no update. I can update when I finally hear back. I was thinking I might have been scammed. Was beginning to think that I might need to file a police report for a stolen mower."
"Paul was very quick to come out and diagnose the problem. Had to take our mower with him and order the part. Had it back to us in about three days and it’s running great. Reasonable price too. We were very pleased."
"Riding lawn mower would not start. Didn't have the time or the vehicle to haul it to a repair shop. Called Mower Care and set an appointment for the next day. The repair guy showed up on time and took a look. Turned out to be an easy fix. He then walked me through how to troubleshoot the issue myself next time. The fee was very resonable and applies to the labor cost if there is any. I would recommend them as a convient way to get your mower fixed."
