"I had called another company, Home Comfort Experts. They were supposed to show up on Monday. As of 5pm on Monday they had not been here. I called & said it could be up until 10pm! I called Northeast Mechanical on Monday afternoon & a technician was here by 1pm on Tuesday. The technician, Joel, was very professional & was able to assess & fix the issue. My home was at 60 degrees when he came out. It is now starting to get warm in house and now that the snow flurries are starting, I’m very glad to have heat."

They answered my all questions and concerns. Most important, they explained the logic and "whys" of what they were doing. They had to remove old equipment in a very tight space (only inches of "wiggle room") and they made everything work! The attention to detail was really impressive, not just the functionality but the esthetics too. I wish I had before and after pictures to post."
