"Heater: 1 technician came to my house to service heater. Minimal "service" done to heater. Maximum sales pitch for new heater. Mild threat to "shut heater down" by technician due to her perceived repairs needed. Water Heater: 2 representatives "serviced" water heater. Found lower element was defective. Tech said "replacement wasn't part of the service". Didn't offer to come back to do repair. Drained water heater & left stains from residue on the concrete in my back yard. The 3 techs spent most of their time chatting with each other about office representatives, scheduling & the fact that one of the company vans was currently being repaired & "wrapped" after being involved in an accident. I literally had to go outside & call for the 2 water heater techs to come back in the house & finish the "service". Very poor quality, value & professionalism. Would not use or recommend Jake's Heating, Air & Plumbing."
