"Amanda did such a great job! Loved supporting a woman owned business! She serviced our refrigerator January 10th and 11th. It was a two day job but she got it done! Our refrigerator stopped working and we had to throw a lot of food away. She found that our freezer needed to be defrosted and some new cords were installed. When I called and told her what happened she got us scheduled quickly and moved with great urgency. Day 1 the refrigerator was already working which gave us so much relief. By Day 2 it was fully fixed. She was very knowledgeable, personable and honest about what she was capable of and how much it would cost. Pricing was reasonable and saved us from having to buy a new one. We'll definitely use her services again! ❤️❤️"

"Horrible service! She came out to fix our dishwasher 3 times and didn't complete the job. She told me 3 weeks ago she would come on Monday and didn't show up. I'm convinced she has no idea what she is doing and these good reviews are bogus. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. She also left our dishwasher out and didn't put it back in place. If I could give her 0 stars I would."
