"Heavily over priced, never do a simple W2 here, legit a scam. Nor do them online as their program online was completely wrong, used turbo tax right after and it was a difference $1500 H&R Block is the longest running scam"

"Caught multiple mistakes including a $66000 mistake I was told that the person had over 10 years in doing taxes apparently the mistake was made due to the numbers all look the same . Also I was told that I can do my own estate taxes for my son who passed last year ok this was pretty heartless . If I wanted to do them which I am not a tax expert apparently neither are them they had to be amended by the their office unfortunately me gave them a second chance only to take home and found multiple more mistakes. So I made it to a third location this by the way cost $740 for way too many mistakes . And I who did call the district manager and the regional manager because the office in Fishers told me that they called the district but I had to track that person down . I now have literally 4 sets of bad taxes for documentation and need a cpa to look at them . Hopefully I get my money back because all these sets are not worth sending in they even have me down on a K1 when it was under $60 in interest from a savings and banking account which clearly states on the guidelines that it did not have to be put on the taxes. I suggest to check everything out of all HR block offices wondering if a lawsuit can be done"
