"Absolute horrible business to deal with. If they do finally show up they will bandaid any problems you have instead of actually fixing them. Completely dishonest technician somehow never uses any tools to diagnose anything. Have had the same issue several times with no real answer. Have been told the wiring at my thermostat was wrong and had bad connection but never once touched anything behind thermostat cover. Spends 25-30 minutes in basement with hvac unit and rigs something to make it work again. I’m not sure what he’s resetting or rigging back up but I’m sure I will be without heat again soon waiting for this sorry excuse of a company to “fix” the problem ….. again."
