"Excellent accounting firm"
"Good for basic tax preparation but if you have a complicated business look elsewhere. They do not prepare sales tax filings. You will save on preparation here but it will cost you as tax planning is minimal compared to a larger firm. Emails are not acknowledged which leaves clients feeling neglected. Tried to voice my concerns but was mocked with sarcasm. Used to be good but they've taken on too many clients to care."
