"We were not at all impressed with our tax professional. She had no teeth, no shoes and did not speak to us much at all. The receptionist was on her cell phone, 2 separate times booking flights. She was letting business calls go to voice mail and had garlic pita chips at her desk, eating them."

"The front desk is rude! Not professional at all! We have been waiting for over 30 minutes (we had an appointment scheduled) and he tells us with an attitude, “what can I do?” First of all, how about, “He’s running late, let me call him or get someone else.” Or “As soon as she is ready, you’ll be next, sorry about the wait.” No, none of that! He has the nerve to cut the conversation and say, “Have a good day.” Really? Luckily, the lady that works there was polite and told us that she will help us as soon as she can. That’s all we ask for. Plus, he is rude and disrespectful to those that call. Update: After about an hour waiting and things cooling off, he did reach the guy and apologized. Plus, another customer came in and politely told him that they are running late and will get him in as soon as possible. It was good to see that. Also, the guy we had an appointment called off. Front desk is trying to call and rearrange their schedules. Now that’s customer service."
