"Two years in a row my taxes are late due to this company. Doesn’t reply to emails and phone calls. Doesn’t communicate that they don’t have things that they need to do their job. Extensions have to be filed and they definitely make sure to charge you for that. Over 1000$ to do taxes and they can’t even get them done on time. I use QUickbooks And a tax organizer, and they Still can’t get this done???? Do Not Use!!!!! Update***** We got Andrew all of the documents On Time the first year. Andrew just continuously denied he was late.I have emails to prove it. On year two Andrew Never Communicated we had to close out our tab before you would touch our taxes. We sent you info and you Never Responded or so much as reached out to us Once. Communication was None Existent. Even when we tried calling! So stop blaming us and accept you did a Bad Job. Still can’t believe we had to pay Andrew 500$ for an extension that never made it to the IRS so we had to call in and file our own extension."
