"Messed up my state and amended returns last year called 10+ times to rectify it. They called back once to set up an appointment but never did they said they’ll call back if they can get additional customers in to help me rectify their mess up. They also didn’t keep any documentation electronically of my tax documents it mysteriously disappeared. I’ll never come back again"

"Been working on tax returns for nearly a month and once filed, go rejected by the IRS, would not have none if I hadn't checked my messages on the HR web portal, no notifications sent to my personal email. Trying to find out reason for rejection because can't get an agent until next Tuesday. I'm good on HR from now on! Thanks but No Thanks"

"Absolutely fabulous! Stephanie and Terri saved the day for this stressing mama. I had submitted my tax forms on the 11th and no progress was made with no communication on the virtual tax pro I had selected. After getting the run around from the customer service line, I decided to call a local H&R Block to see if they can help. Stephanie took action right away (calmed me down) and together with Terri got everything filed for me after the deadline. They have made a life long customer of their store as long as I am in Johnson County! Thank you Stephanie and Terri, I appreciate your work and kindness. It went a long way today!"

"The front desk lady and Nancy were fantastic. It was super convenient and helpful to have my complicated return done in person and have it explained to me (even though I have no idea what I am doing tax wise). The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is purely cost. It cost me more than half of my return to have my taxes filed with H&R. At least I didn't owe, but I find it a little insane that it costs so much to file taxes."
