I have been waiting on my tax return for almost a year. Having trouble getting answers from IRS so I came to them asking for help on what I should do. Depending on who you ask they give different answers. In short, they are doing nothing to help and I am still waiting on my return with no answers from anyone and no idea what to do now to get my money. "This place is amazing and very helpful! I was deployed and gone for a little over a year, causing me to fall behind on my 2015 and 2016 taxes. The lady who helped me not only did them with no issues, but also fixed my 2013 and 2014 taxes too (that another location messed up). So I also got an addition $300 back. And did I mention how nice EVERYONE is?! They're all just wonderful and very military friendly. I will definitely only go here from now on."
