"We called on weekend before 11:30 (They close at 12) because our AC froze. Reception took our information and we got a call back. He said he couldn't come until 6pm. I said it was okay. He said he would be charging $120 an hour. I asked if that applied to services ticketed before closing hours. He got mad, told me to find someone else and hung up on me. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day but that was really rude and uncalled for. He is well aware I have 4 kids in our home 2 of them are autistic and they are very sensitive to sensory changes.. I just moved here a week ago and it's 90 degrees today... I dont know how these policies out here work, I wasn't trying to be rude. I didn't know it would upset him or I wouldn't have asked.. I hope everyone in this area isn't like this. That was very hurtful and so unprofessional. I'm not sure what to tell my kids, they keep taking cold showers and I told them we would fix it... I feel so terrible. I can't stop crying. I hope we can find someone else.."

The service provided was amazing, Matt, the service technician, came to the house on friday, which was a last minute call, put a replacement part in and came while we were on vacation to put the new part in so when we came home the air conditioner was fixed. The company made sure that we were taken care of. So proud of this local business..thanks so much..."
