"I made an appointment over a month ago to have my taxes prepared. I could not for the life of me get anyone to tell me what documents I needed to prepare for my appt. Finally a week before my appt, the person replied to me and basically said "I'm not sure why they assigned you to me, but I'm not taking new clients." I asked who else she'd recommend and she did not offer anything. I spent probably 2 hours today calling around to different locations to see if anyone could help with my taxes, but they kept referring to her because she has a specialty I needed. This was absolutely ridiculous and does not need to be this complicated. If someone's trying to decrease their client load I respect that, but a) that needs to be communicated to clients up front, and b) you need to respect that staff member's needs or hire someone else if they're overbooked. This is a staffing issue that shouldn't be affecting customers. I'm not going to call out anyone specifically, but if you have any international income don't bother looking here for assistance."
