"I am utterly disappointed with the lack of consideration shown by this facility. It's appalling that they fail to provide complementary water for patrons, especially considering the diverse age groups that frequent their establishment for extended periods. To add insult to injury, after over 2 hours in the facility, their employees directed my 72 year old father to leave and purchase water elsewhere and return. This blatant disregard for customer comfort and basic hospitality reflects poorly on the entire corporation. Unbelievable."

"Last year we had a great experience getting our taxes done. This year, not so much. Our tax lady didn’t seem like she knew anything she was doing & didn’t know about certain things or documents that popped up & we ended up having to owe state money & she told us it would take it directly out of our bank account so we entered our info and state never took it out & we ended up getting charged an extra $35 to state for her not doing something right while filing the taxes. I’ve called and left my phone number for her to call me back & figure this out but she has yet to return my calls & won’t get in contact with me about this matter. We got the lowest refund we’ve ever received, ever. I just feel like something wasn’t done correctly."

"I dropped my tax papers off on a Saturday morning, just like I have for the past 6 to 8 years. I got a phone call a couple of hours later, and was told that my taxes have been prepared, and that I just needed to come in and sign them and pay my bill. So Monday after work I went to your office to complete the process. The woman at the counter said that woman who prepared my taxes wanted to speak with me. She was still in office, but couldn't speak with me at that time, 4:45. The reason being is that she was in a hurry to get to the post office before they closed. I was offered a 5:30 appointment, but I refused. I was not going sit around for 45 minutes while your employee went to the post office. Later that evening, she called to apologize, and made up an excuse on why she couldn't see me. I expressed my frustration on wasting 2 gallons of gas and a half hour of my time, and that I didn't appreciate being lied to. On Wednesday I made a return trip to your office. And was able to complet"
