"DO NOT USE H&R BLOCK FOR YOUR TAXES. They cost me over $500 in fees because of an error they made and now will not return any of my calls or emails for the past three weeks. I even tried calling the phone number left on a review by someone at HR Block, and no one has called me back still. I did speak to a woman once and she said she was sending an email to them to contact me. No one ever contacted me. The woman who did the work at the Speedway location was incredibly unprofessional, bad mouthing coworkers and other clients, all while eating and drinking then licking her fingers and touching my papers after. That same woman tried to place the blame for the error on HR Block software, so there’s another red flag with this company. Do not believe their guarantee because you will literally never get a hold of anyone to honor it. Considering legal action to get their attention."

"Tried to schedule an appointment with speedway. However, the person that answered the call put me on hold to help someone else and never returned to the phone. I called back several times, no answer?? I'm surprised that I decided to go to another H&R block instead of another company. Thank God!! I located 38th and Lafayette and the attitudes were so professional I was in/out...Thank you team on Lafayette rd. Good Management/BRUCE!!!...LOVE YOU ALL....Please school the other location!!!
