"Everyone this is a horrible business to go get your taxes done! The owner Robin Hughes is very unprofessional,devious, and unfriendly!! A long time ago I went to this business to get my taxes done a matter of fact it was in 2001 and Robin Hughes and her incompetent CPA accountants perform something illegal on my taxes where up until this date I still owe the government. When I addressed my concerns to Robin Hughes she had a very nonchalant unconcerned attitude!! She did not refund me the $65 I paid her to do my taxes either! I want to forewarn everyone Robin Hughes is a crook and scam artist if you do not want to be taking advantage of on your taxes do not go to EM Hughes & Associates!! Robin Hughes should be put under the prison for her illegitimate activities!!! Robin Hughes should be put out of business permanently!!! This woman should be brought on charges for unethical and illegitimate business practices!!! Oh though one thing I forgot to mention I can now celebrate in spite of the devilish robin hughes actions because of my diligent pursuit and investigations I was able to contact the appropriate sources that took lawful actions against the culprit robin huges and as a result I now as of this year received my first tax refund in years!!! If anyone wants to know I now have a very good CPA accountant this gentlemen is excellent and I recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest, trustworthy, and excellent CPA accountant for their taxes! His name is Michael L Thomas he is the best tax person that I have ever had!!!!"
