"I was So happy that they picked my phone up while I was getting a pedicure next-door. But… I picked up my phone ran a couple errands and I realized my camera did not work. I called them and they asked me to bring it back , which I did, I waited for about 15-20 minutes they said it only take a minute.I asked if I could run errand. They said yes I came back 20 minutes later and they were still there. I waited another 15-20 minutes then I needed to run home because I had meat in the car. I returned an hour and a half later picked up my phone got my car realized my invisia- screen was cracked. Had to go back in the store again - he suggested charging me and I said no way. "Everything taken care of in a timely manner. But I noticed scratch on my Otter Box face when I got home. The Tech had a difficult time getting the case apart and had to use a knife. Not a big deal. Everyone was courteous and other than the scratch I feel the repair was done well. I will go back."
